Principal: Georges-Henri Fortier
Georges-Henri speak English, French, and some Spanish. He offers over 30 years of experience in all areas of Fine Dinning, menu and wine list development, banquet & catering, wine & food purchasing and front of the house management.
Born in Quebec City, Georges-Henri worked at the Chateau Frontenac as a Wine Steward thereafter he moved to Puerto Rico to complete his Hotel Management Degree at the Cornell University Branch. His Food Industry Management Career continued with positions as Maitre D', Sommelier and Restaurant Manager.
During the last ten years Georges-Henri concentrated in wine list development wherever he worked and made it his goal to enhance his knowledge and the one's of others.
